Airfryer Crispy Chicken Wings

Very Crispy Chicken Wings that taste like Deep Fried Wings

Ingredients
  

  • 2lbs/900g chicken wings separated, tips removed
  • 1/3 cup cornstarch
  • canola oil spray

Mix

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Mix Following ingredients

  • 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 3/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions
 

  • On a plate, mix all ingredients under "mix following ingredients"
  • In a bowl, beat eggs with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Spread cornstarch on a plate.
  • Dip each piece of chicken in cornstarch, then the egg mixture, drip off excess and put in the flour. Completely coat each piece with the seasoned flour. Set the coated pieces on a plate. You will have two plates of coated chicken.
  • Spray each piece of chicken with canola oil spray on both sides and set in the airfryer basket. Cook at 360F for 25 minutes. Turn chicken pieces halfway through cooking.
