Ingredients
  

  • 12oz/340g cranberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup/7oz/200g White Sugar
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 6oz/180ml orange juice
  • 2oz/60ml water
  • pinch Coarse Salt

Instructions
 

  • Wash and drain cranberries. Discard any soft or squishy cranberries. Add all ingredients to a pot and boil on medium heat for 10 minutes or less until most of the cranberries pop. Taste and add more sugar if necessary. Cool and serve at room temperature or chill and serve cold.
