Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees celsius. Heat up a pot, add the broccoli, a few tablespoons water, 2 pinches salt and ground black pepper. Mix it up and cook it for about 2 minutes. When the broccoli is bright green, turn the heat off. Remove the broccoli from the pot and set aside. If there is any water left in the pot, save it with the broccoli.
