Heat oven to 475 degrees Fahrenheit/246 degrees Celsius
Trim excess fat off the thighs. Wash the thighs and pat dry. Place chicken thighs on baking sheet.
Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and paprika in a bowl. Rub seasoning under skin, turn over chicken and rub seasoning on the other side. Rub seasoning on the skin. Drizzle a little olive oil on the skin and rub to coat.
Bake chicken for 20 minutes at 475 degrees Fahrenheit/246 degrees Celsius. Then, turn temperature down to 425 degrees Fahrenheit/218 degrees Celsius and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes or until the internal temperature of meat is 165 degrees Fahrenheit/74 degrees Celsius and the skin is crisp.
