Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 small Tomatoes sliced
- 1 medium Yellow Onion chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 2 green chiles slit in half
- 7 Garlic cloves
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp Coarse Salt
- 2 tsp paprika
- juice of one lime
- 1 cup/240ml water

Instructions
- Place all ingredients except chicken in Instant Pot. Mix well. Add frozen chicken thighs (make sure they are separated and not in one block). Mix the thighs with other ingredients as best as you can. Lock the lid. Turn the valve to sealing. Press Pressure Cook/Manual button. Set time to 25 minutes. After cycle is finished, do a quick release. Shred chicken and use in your favorite recipes. Liquid can be reduced using the Saute function or use the liquid as is in another recipe. I like to cook rice using this liquid.
