First thoroughly drain the fruit cocktail, you don’t want any of the syrup. While that’s draining, beat the sour cream and add the condensed milk. Make sure to beat thoroughly so there are no lumps. Add the drained fruit and mix thoroughly. Chill this in the fridge for at least a few hours. It tastes best the next day.
