Ingredients
- 15oz/425g canned black beans
- 15oz/425g canned cannelini beans
- 15oz/425g canned cut green beans
- 1/4c/2oz/60ml apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
- 1/4c/2oz/60ml olive oil or vegetable, canola oil
- 1 tsp Coarse Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano or another herb
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- Rinse and drain black and cannelini beans. Place in a bowl. Drain green beans and add to bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Leave aside for at least one hour. Taste and add salt or sugar if necessary. This salad tastes best the next day.
