  1. Boil a pot of water and add a tsp of salt. Put the pasta in, cook stirring occasionally until done.
  2. Heat up a pan and add 4 tablespoons of butter. Put the red peppers in, a little salt and saute for 2 or 3 minutes until tender. Make some space in the middle, add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir the garlic into the peppers and cook another 30 seconds.
  3. Add the paprika, chili flakes and lemon zest. Stir for a minute. Add 1 tsp salt and the heavy cream. Let this come to a boil. Taste and add more salt or chili flakes if you need to.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook 4 to 5 minutes depending on the size of your shrimp. Add the pasta and parmesan. Top with parsley and creamy garlic shrimp with pasta is ready.
