Macaroni Salad

Instructions
  1. First, put on a large pot of water to boil. Cook two cups of macaroni until tender.
  2. In the meantime, cut into small dice - half of a large green bell pepper, half of a large red bell pepper, 1/4 of a medium red onion. Put that in a large bowl and add 2 tbsps apple cider vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp ground black pepper, 2 tsps sugar, 2 tsps brown mustard and a dash of hot sauce. Mix well.
  3. Add cooked, drained macaroni to the vegetables and mix well. Leave to cool.
  4. When cool, add 1/2 cup regular mayonnaise and 1/2 cup plain yogurt, mix well. Taste and add more salt if necessary.
  5. Leave to chill for at least a few hours.
