  1. Stir all ingredients except chicken to make a thick paste. Rub the paste all over both sides of the chicken breasts. Marinate this for at least an hour, a few hours is even better. Grill chicken until done, if you are using a meat thermometer, the internal temperature of chicken breast should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit or 74 degrees celsius.
  2. Let them rest for a few minutes before cutting into them. The chicken is perfectly cooked, very juicy. It tastes great and is a healthy source of protein.
